Job summary

PowerSchool seeks a Content Strategist, Knowledge Architecture to build the foundation of its knowledge ecosystem across 40+ products. You will define content structures, metadata, and reusable components to enable AI-ready experiences for users and systems.

Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, and Support to translate requirements into scalable content models and governance. Occasional travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in content strategy, information architecture, or knowledge management.
• Experience in SaaS or product-driven environments.
• Ability to design and scale content across complex product ecosystems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for team events and key moments.

Responsibilities

• Define the product content model, fields, relationships, and reuse patterns.
• Establish taxonomy and tagging frameworks for discoverability.
• Design content structures to support retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, Support, and Accessibility teams.
