Job summary

You will partner with HR CoEs, Communications, and business stakeholders to implement AI-enabled knowledge solutions, analytics dashboards, and scalable governance programs that enhance findability and employee experience.

The role requires strong writing, governance expertise, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, employee-friendly language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 7+ years in content strategy, knowledge management, or related fields.
• 5+ years leading enterprise content governance and knowledge programs.
• 5+ years using analytics to measure content effectiveness.
• 5+ years developing content standards and governance models.

Responsibilities

• Measure and analyze content performance across HR portals, knowledge bases, and communications.
• Develop dashboards and insights to guide content strategy.
• Establish content governance standards and lifecycle processes.
• Create and optimize employee-facing content and digital experiences.
• Drive AI-enabled knowledge solutions and self-service improvements.
