Job summary

Spring Creek Rehab in Murray, Kentucky is seeking a credentialed Kentucky Medication Aide (KMA) to join our dedicated healthcare team. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care, provide direct patient care including vital signs and wound care, and maintain detailed records of patient progress.

Requirements include Kentucky Medication Aide Certification and 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Must hold Kentucky Medication Aide Certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Providing direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and range of motion exercises.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
