Job summary

Signature HealthCARE, LLC is looking for a KMA at our Oakview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Calvert City, Kentucky. This role involves providing daily personal care to residents, maintaining their living spaces, and monitoring their health by recording vital signs. Candidates must hold a Medication Aide Certification, Nursing Certification, and CPR certification. • Must have a current and active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care to residents.
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents' rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate assistive devices.
• Record vital signs and other information as assigned.
• Observe residents and report any changes in condition.
