Maple Health and Rehab in Muhlenberg County is seeking a qualified Medication Aide (KMA) for full-time hours, including every other weekend. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and document care per physician orders.

The role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, weekend premium pay, and a comprehensive benefits package with tuition reimbursement and a 401(k) plan, plus daily pay options and career growth opportunities.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of KMA experience and/or training.
• Must be certified through the KY Board of Nursing as a KMA.

• Report changes in residents' condition or behavior.

KMA Responsibilities

• Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance, and services according to the health care provider's orders

• Supervise residents who self‑administer medication while following company and regulatory guidelines

• Report any changes in residents' physical condition and/or behaviors

• Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations

KMA Required skills and qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

• One year of KMA experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Must be certified through the KY Board of Nursing as a KMA
