Spring Creek Rehab in Murray, Kentucky seeks a qualified Kentucky Medication Aide to join our patient-centered team. As a KMA, you will work with interdisciplinary staff to implement care plans and ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include performing vital signs, wound care, ROM exercises, maintaining detailed records, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Full-time roles with retention bonuses and shift differentials are available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Must hold Kentucky Medication Aide Certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
