Job summary

RK Logistics Group in Fremont, CA seeks a Material Handler to move and track parts through the warehouse and WMS, operating forklifts and other equipment to load and unload, receive and stock, and maintain accurate records.

You must be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently or with a team; LEAN training is provided, and strong communication is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years’ Warehouse and Logistics experience.
• 1- 2 years’ forklift experience preferred.
• LEAN principles (5S/7S) training provided.
• Great communication skills.
• Understanding of logistics, shipping, receiving, and standard work instruction protocols.
• Strong math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Prior experience with Inventory control preferred.
• Excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Use hand trucks, pallet jacks and other motorized equipment to move material or freight in the warehouse-storage facility.
• Unload inbound customer products and load outbound products being processed.
• Receive, unpack, verify, and stock check products in WMS.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Pack, wrap, and label products for shipping and storage.
• Stage completed orders or shipments and ensure proper delivery documents.
