Trane Technologies – Thermo King in Bloomington, MN is seeking a dependable full-time Kitting Packager on the 2nd shift to assemble kits with the correct components and maintain quality standards. You will receive orders, locate parts, and operate equipment such as shrink, foam, and poly bag machines while following safety policies.

This safety-sensitive role requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and a team-focused, reliable work ethic.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Fast-paced warehouse environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble kits by locating, processing and packaging parts.
• Operate shrink, foam and poly bag equipment.
• Process job travelers and tickets and move items to storage area.
• Maintain quality and safety standards on the warehouse floor.
