Job summary

Trane Technologies – Thermo King in Bloomington, MN is seeking a dependable full-time Kitting Packager on our 2nd shift to assemble kits with the correct components while maintaining quality work. Safety-sensitive role with standard warehouse duties.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., with possible overtime on Saturdays. The company offers competitive pay and benefits designed to help you thrive at work and home.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Experience in distribution center or warehouse preferred
• Attention to detail and accuracy in picking/assembling kits
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
• Punctual and reliable with cooperative work style

Responsibilities

• Assemble kits by locating, processing, and packaging parts.
• Operate shrink, foam and bag machines and maintain quality work.
• Transact required job travelers and tickets.
• Move items to the assigned storage area and manage location moves.
• Support overall warehouse operations to meet dealer/customer expectations.
