Job summary

Trane Technologies, a world leader in sustainable climate solutions, is seeking a Material Handler 2 at our Minnesota plant. Under general supervision, you will move parts, support shipping, receiving, and production, and help maintain safe, clean work areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Material handling experience preferred.
• Strong planning and organizational skills needed.
• Able to follow through on commitments and details.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment and move items between locations.
• Scan parts in and out of systems and maintain paperwork.
• Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized.
• Support quality objectives and continuous improvement.
• Assist in stocking and arranging inventory to improve warehouse turns.
• Transport components to the manufacturing floor following safety and sequence standards.
