Job summary

Linked, LLC is seeking a Material Handler/Kitter to proactively walk the production floor, monitor and replenish parts bins, perform manual part counts, and enter part numbers into the system. Occasional stand‑up forklift operation may be required (certification provided). Start time is 6:00 AM with a contract-to-hire arrangement.

Pay is $17/hour. This role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and safety on the floor, with opportunities to grow into the packaging and shipping workflow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in kitting, warehouse, material handling, or packaging.
• Ability to read work orders and follow directions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for most of the shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic computer or scanner experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull, sort, and organize parts according to work orders
• Assemble kits accurately and efficiently
• Package products following company standards
• Label, scan, and track materials through the internal system
• Replenish inventory and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Inspect parts for quality before packing
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and material movement as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
