Job summary

Medical Devices Company in Covington, GA seeks a Material Handler 1/Kitting for a 12-month contract on W2. First shift, 40 hours per week, pay rate $17.75/hour. Responsibilities include wrapping pallets, moving to release areas, and maintaining kitting area cleanliness.

The role requires basic high school education and at least 1 year of warehouse/manufacturing experience, with ability to operate a manual pallet jack and cooperate with forklift drivers.

Qualifications

• High school education and / or experience or equivalent preferred.
• One or more years of warehouse and manufacturing experience.
• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve finished good pallets from lines, wrap and store in pending lot release area.
• Empty large trash and cardboard bins.
• Sweep floors to maintain proper housekeeping requirement.
• Pull pallets to lines from staging area.
• Coordinate moving of components with forklift drivers.
• Attends training sessions as directed.
