Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in warehouse/logistics or material handling preferred.
• Experience leading/training teams preferred.
• Knowledge of JDE or similar inventory system preferred.
• Knowledge of BarTender or label software preferred.
• Familiarity with kanban, line-side replenishment, and Lean practices preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• Able to read and understand work orders and safety docs in English.
• Strong math, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work overtime in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily picking priorities per production schedule.
• Build complete kits for work orders using pick lists and systems.
• Deliver kits and replenishment to production lines on time.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor supermarket levels.
• Train and coach material handlers on new processes.
• Lead safety and quality compliance with procedures.
• Communicate goals and changes to the team.
• Assist with staffing and workload balancing.
