Job summary

Sunrise Medical (US) LLC in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a packaging and shipping supervisor to oversee all parts and chair orders. You will prepare shipments using best packing methods and ERP systems (JDE, Precision, C2), generate BOLs, packing lists and commercial invoices, and coordinate with freight carriers.

You will monitor packaging material stock, work with department leads and the Manufacturing Controller to address backorders and expedite orders, communicate updates to customers,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of JDE and Kanban systems preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend English instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product for shipment using best packing methods and Sunrise standard packing procedures.
• Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, commercial invoices) using ERP systems.
• Communicate with freight carriers via email or in person (dispatchers, drivers, reps).
• Maintain proper stocking levels of packaging materials and notify for replenishment.
• Monitor and address past due and expedited orders; coordinate with department leads and Manufacturing Controller.
• Maintain department scoreboards on daily goals, shortages, quality and safety.
