Job summary
Sunrise Medical (US) LLC is seeking an inventory control professional to perform daily cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and support warehouse operations in Mount Juliet, TN. You will work with the inventory team to ensure accurate records and assist with physical inventories and Kanban picking.
The role requires attention to detail, forklift capability, and experience with computerized inventory systems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience with cycle counts and inventory accuracy is essential.
- Familiarity with Kanban and Lean manufacturing is preferred.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain it is required.
- Must read/understand English instructions and paperwork.
Responsibilities
- Perform and reconcile daily cycle counts and adjust inventory as instructed.
- Conduct daily rack audits in controlled warehouse locations.
- Assist with physical inventory preparation and materials flow.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to the material planner.
- Support Receiving and Kanban picking as needed.
- Maintain safety, housekeeping, and CTPAT compliance in warehouse areas.
- Suggest layout changes to improve materials flow and efficiency.
