Job summary

Atlas Copco Group Co.,Ltd in Rock Hill, SC is seeking an Order Picker to ensure production lines are supplied with accurate and timely kitting carts by picking, staging, and delivering components according to system-generated pick lists. You will use handheld scanners to process picks, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure carts are stocked and in good condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least three years warehouse/receiving experience.
• Minimum 1 year of logistics/order picker experience.
• Experience with AS400 (BPCS) and WMS systems.
• Strong communication skills and lean manufacturing understanding.
• Knowledge of production planning and safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Pick, verify, and load components onto kitting carts per pick lists.
• Use handheld scanners to process picks and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure kitting carts are stocked, available, and in good condition.
• Repack materials and dispose of packaging safely.
• Report missing parts and operational issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Support continuous improvement to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Follow SHE and company standards and Atlas Copco values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
