Job summary

Atlas Copco Group is seeking an Order Picker to supply production lines by selecting and staging components for kitting carts. You will use scanning tools to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure carts are ready and safe for daily operations.

Role requires a high school diploma or GED with 3+ years in warehouse/logistics, familiarity with AS400/WMS, and knowledge of lean manufacturing and production planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years warehouse/receiving experience desired.
• Proficiency with AS400 (BPCS) and WMS systems beneficial.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing concepts is helpful.
• Knowledge of production planning and safety processes is expected.

Responsibilities

• Pick, verify, and load components onto kitting carts according to pick lists and production requirements.
• Use handheld scanning devices to process pick lists and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure kitting carts are available, stocked, and in good working condition.
• Repack materials and dispose of packaging safely and efficiently.
• Report missing parts, inventory shortages, and operational issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Follow SHE and quality standards and Atlas Copco values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
