Atlas Copco North America LLC in Rock Hill, SC is seeking an Order Picker to supply production lines with accurate kitting carts. You will pick, stage, and deliver components using system pick lists while supporting continuous improvement and logistics excellence.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years in warehouse/receiving, plus 1 year in a logistics environment as an order picker. Proficiency with AS400 and WMS is expected.

• Ensure kitting carts are available, stocked, and in good condition.
• Repack materials and dispose of packaging safely.
• Report missing parts, shortages, and issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support continuous improvement to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Follow SHE standards and Atlas Copco core values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your role

The Order Picker ensures production lines are supplied with accurate and timely kitting carts by picking, staging, and delivering components according to system-generated pick lists while supporting continuous improvement, productivity, and logistics excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, verify, and load components onto kitting carts according to pick lists, instructions, and production requirements.
• Use handheld scanning devices to process pick lists and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure kitting carts are available, properly stocked, and in good working condition.
• Repack materials and dispose of packaging materials safely and efficiently.
• Report missing parts, inventory shortages, and operational issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance logistics processes.
• Follow all Safety, Health, Environment (SHE), quality, and company standards while promoting Atlas Copco's core values of Interaction, Commitment, and Innovation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

* Position requires a high school diploma, general education degree (GED), at least three years of warehouse and/ or receiving experience.

* Minimum 1 year of experience in a logistic environment as an order picker.

* Use of IT tools like AS400 (BPCS), WMS systems.

* Understanding of lean manufacturing concept.

* Understanding of production planning.

* Knowledge of safety processes, procedures and systems.

Physical Requirements:

* Prolonged periods standing and walking.

* Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times (occasionally)
