Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC in Rock Hill, SC is seeking an Order Picker to supply production lines with accurate kitting carts. You will pick, stage, and deliver components using system pick lists while supporting continuous improvement and logistics excellence.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years in warehouse/receiving, plus 1 year in a logistics environment as an order picker. Proficiency with AS400 and WMS is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years warehouse receiving experience.
• 1 year in a logistic environment as an order picker.
• Familiar with AS400 and WMS systems.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing and production planning.
• Knowledge of safety processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Pick, verify, and load components onto kitting carts per pick lists and production needs.
• Use handheld scanners to process pick lists and keep inventory accurate.
• Ensure kitting carts are available, stocked, and in good condition.
• Repack materials and dispose of packaging safely.
• Report missing parts, shortages, and issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support continuous improvement to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Follow SHE standards and Atlas Copco core values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
