Job summary

Shoals Technologies Group in Portland, TN is seeking a Kitting & Logistics Supervisor to lead daily kitting operations, supervise warehouse staff, and ensure timely, accurate kits for production.

You will collaborate with Production, Materials, and Inventory Control to resolve shortages, maintain inventory accuracy, support scheduling, and uphold safety and continuous improvement across the kitting process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse, materials, or logistics with supervisory experience.
• Experience with kitting, picking, staging, BOMs, and inventory control.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS for inventory transactions and cycle counting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to production schedules and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily kitting activities to support production schedules.
• Coach and develop warehouse staff to meet safety and efficiency goals.
• Coordinate workload, assign tasks, and adjust staffing per demand.
• Ensure accurate picking, labeling, staging, and release of kits.
• Monitor KPIs for accuracy, productivity, and on-time completion.
• Investigate discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
