Job summary

Boundless Network, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to join our AZ team in Tempe. This role focuses on picking, packing, and preparing orders, while supporting receiving, inventory accuracy, and special fulfillment projects. You will work under the Programs and Operations Manager, follow safety procedures, lift up to 50 lbs, and use inventory or shipping systems such as NetSuite or ShipStation. Full-time hours with early shifts and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum warehouse, fulfillment, or order-picking experience preferred.
• Experience with kitting or client-specific fulfillment programs preferred.
• Comfortable using inventory or shipping systems (e.g., NetSuite, ShipStation, ShipHawk, UPS, FedEx, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Special Projects & Kitting: Assemble kits, bag/tag items, support client fulfillment programs, follow detailed instructions.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, label, weigh, and document shipments meeting carrier requirements.
• Receiving & Inventory Support: Verify quantities, put away stock, assist with cycle counts and audits.
• Warehouse Operations & Safety: Load/unload trucks, maintain a clean, safe workspace, follow PPE and safety rules.
