Job summary

QED is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Picking) in Mesa, AZ to accurately pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining organized inventory and efficiency across receiving and shipping functions.

Responsibilities include using ERP systems, updating records, and supporting cross-functional teams. This role runs Monday to Friday, 10:00am–7:00pm, with a focus on safety and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using receiving software and ERP systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Forklift certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare shipments accurately according to customer orders.
• Process shipping labels and documents for outbound shipments.
• Inspect incoming goods for defects and discrepancies; report issues.
• Update inventory in ERP and label/store items correctly.
• Complete receiving logs and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks.
• Collaborate with Receiving, Shipping, Inventory, and QA teams to maintain smooth workflow.
• Keep receiving area organized and free from hazards.
• Process returned items or defective goods with vendors for replacements or credits.
