Job summary

Boundless Network, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to join our AZ team in Tempe. This role focuses on picking, packing, and preparing orders, while supporting receiving, inventory accuracy, and special fulfillment projects. You will work under the Programs and Operations Manager, follow safety procedures, lift up to 50 lbs, and use inventory or shipping systems such as NetSuite or ShipStation. Full-time hours with early shifts and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum warehouse, fulfillment, or order-picking experience preferred.
• Experience with kitting or client-specific fulfillment programs preferred.
• Comfortable using inventory or shipping systems (e.g., NetSuite, ShipStation, ShipHawk, UPS, FedEx, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Special Projects & Kitting: Assemble kits, bag/tag items, support client fulfillment programs, follow detailed instructions.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, label, weigh, and document shipments meeting carrier requirements.
• Receiving & Inventory Support: Verify quantities, put away stock, assist with cycle counts and audits.
• Warehouse Operations & Safety: Load/unload trucks, maintain a clean, safe workspace, follow PPE and safety rules.

Job description

Boundless is looking for a Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to join our AZ team. This role focuses primarily on picking, packing, and fulfilling orders, while also supporting receiving, inventory accuracy, and special fulfillment projects. The position reports to the Programs and Operations Manager and plays a key role in ensuring accurate, on-time delivery for client programs.

Special Projects & Kitting (Primary Focus):

• Assemble kits, bag/tag items, and support client-specific fulfillment programs
• Follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards

Order Fulfillment:

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately according to order specifications
• Label, weigh, and document shipments to meet carrier requirements
• Verify order accuracy against packing lists and shipping documents

Receiving & Inventory Support:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantity and quality
• Put away inventory in designated locations accurately
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Report discrepancies and support resolution of inventory issues

Warehouse Operations & Safety:

• Load and unload trucks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or order-picking experience preferred
• Experience with kitting, client-specific fulfillment programs, or high-volume order environments preferred
• Comfortable using inventory or shipping systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar ERP, ShipStation, ShipHawk, UPS, FedEx, or other systems and spreadsheets)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Ability to operate pallet jacks or similar equipment (or willingness to learn)
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to follow processes consistently

Working Conditions

• This position involves standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
• Warehouse environment may be subject to varying temperatures
• Full-time; hours may include early mornings and occasional weekends as business needs require
