Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count, and shelve inbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and update tracking systems in real time.
• Label, organize, and keep the physical inventory space folded, sorted, and shelf-ready.
• Flag discrepancies or shortages before they become problems.
• Manually enter online store orders into internal systems with zero tolerance for input errors.
• Verify pricing, quantities, sizes, and vendor details on every order.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies independently.
• Pack and ship orders per client specs and internal documentation.
• Compare carrier rates and make informed shipping decisions.
• Build and maintain client swag kits and ensure all outbound shipments are accurate and on time.
• Run local vendor and errand pickups as needed (valid driver's license required).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked shipping and inventory area.
• Ensure boxes, packing supplies, and materials are always on hand.
