Job summary

Boundless is seeking a Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to join our AZ team. The role focuses on picking, packing, fulfilling orders, and supporting receiving, inventory accuracy, and special fulfillment projects.

You will report to the Programs and Operations Manager and help ensure accurate, on-time delivery for client programs. Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is preferred, with comfort using ERP/shipping systems.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or order-picking experience preferred.
Experience with kitting or high-volume order environments preferred.
Comfortable using ERP/shipping systems listed in the job posting.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Dependable, team-oriented, and able to follow processes.

Responsibilities

Assemble kits, bag and tag items for client programs.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders per specifications.
Label, weigh, and document shipments to meet carrier requirements.
Verify orders against packing lists and shipping docs.
Receive shipments, verify quantity and quality; put away inventory.
Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits; report discrepancies.
Load/unload trucks; maintain a clean, safe work environment; follow PPE procedures.
