Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a Kitting Department Lead to oversee daily kitting operations in a production environment. You will manage order flow, position staff for efficiency, and troubleshoot issues with machinery involved in the process.

The role requires strong leadership, understanding of production operations, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. Monday–Friday workweek with opportunities to lead production operations.

Kitting Department Lead

We are looking for a Kitting Department Lead to oversee daily kitting operations for a production environment. This role is responsible for managing order flow, positioning employees for efficiency, and making decisions that support production output. The ideal candidate will understand order and process lists, work with machinery and equipment involved in the process, and troubleshoot issues independently as they arise. Previous SAP experience is preferred, along with experience in a similar production environment. This position requires strong leadership ability and a solid understanding of production operations, rather than general warehouse experience alone. The role is Monday through Friday and requires bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

Pay Details

$18.07 per hour
