Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, materials handling, or production support.
• Must be able to lift 55 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, BOMs, and part numbers.
• Basic computer skills and clear verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Pull, verify, and kit parts for production based on work orders and BOMs.
• Confirm all components are present, correct, and in good condition before sending to production.
• Stage and deliver kits/materials to the correct production areas on time.
• Track material movement between staging areas and production lines to support accurate usage.
• Keep kitting and staging areas clean, organized, and clearly labeled (5S).
• Handle and store materials to prevent damage, loss, or mix-ups.
• Spot and report shortages, discrepancies, or quality issues, and suggest ways to improve material flow and accuracy.
