Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Kitting Operator to support production by pulling, staging, and distributing materials. You will create production kits, perform inventory transactions, and ensure materials reach the manufacturing teams on time using ERP systems and RF scanners.

The role emphasizes accuracy, material traceability, and adherence to 5S and safety standards within a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in manufacturing or warehousing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or inventory control.
• Proficient with ERP systems and RF-based inventory movements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, kit, stage, and deliver materials to production areas.
• Use RF scanners and ERP to process material transactions and inventory movements.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, lot information, and documentation for traceability.
• Prepare and label kits per production requirements and organize materials.
• Escalate shortages or discrepancies to the appropriate team.
