Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Arlington, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Kitter Associate to ensure production teams have the right materials at the right time. You will pick, stage, and organize materials for manufacturing work orders, reporting shortages or quality issues to keep schedules on track.

This full-time, onsite role offers hands-on training, 1+ year in manufacturing or warehousing, and a $21.00 per hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in manufacturing/warehouse/inventory roles.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience reading BOMs, work orders, pick lists or manufacturing docs.
• Basic computer skills to enter ERP/WMS transactions.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain inventory and kit accuracy.
• Able to stand, walk, bend and move in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and kit materials for production orders with a 98%+ accuracy target.
• Stage and organize materials to minimize assembly time and improve workflow.
• Verify material quantities, part numbers, revisions, and documentation before releasing kits to production.
• Identify, report, and escalate shortages, discrepancies, damaged materials, or quality concerns.
• Maintain 5S-styled staging areas and visual management.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning and Warehouse to prioritize urgent orders.
• Perform inventory transactions in ERP or WMS accurately and timely.
• Support cycle counts and audits and continuous improvement of inventory accuracy.
• Executes and dispositions Excess and Obsolete lists.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with handling standards.
• Work independently or as a team member.
• Willing to be trained to operate an electric pallet jack.
• Other duties as directed.
