Heil Environmental, located in Fort Payne, AL, seeks a Kitter for the 1st shift to organize production kits and manage parts availability using ERP and BOM data. The role involves forklift handling, maintaining load schedules, and coordinating with the Fab department to meet daily production goals.

The candidate will read work orders, verify materials, perform routine equipment checks, and assist with loading/unloading as needed. Safety and accuracy are essential in this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Marathon equipment and related parts.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and BOMs.
• Proficient PC skills (Mainstar, JD Edwards, Outlook, MS Office).

Responsabilités

• Read work orders to determine kitting requirements and use ERP to verify parts availability.
• Determine parts needed and communicate requirements to Fab department.
• Maintain load schedules in Excel and prioritize kits by load plans.
• Operate forklifts for moving parts and assist with loading/unloading up to 40 lb.
• Perform pre-use maintenance checks on equipment and report issues.
• Possibly work overtime to support production and shipping.
• Keep work area clean and organized and follow safety rules.
