Position Overview:

As a Production Assembler, you will work on a dynamic conveyor-style production line, assembling and installing parts, as well as packing finished products within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and work diligently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Join the moving conveyor line to assemble and install various components

• Package and crate finished products efficiently and accurately

• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the production process

• Complete a skills assessment on Day 2 to determine the specific department placement

• Participate in a paid training period designed to prepare you for success in your role

Shift Options & Compensation:

• First Shift: 5:50 AM – 3:00 PM, $20.00/hour

• Third Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:30 AM, $21.50/hour (training on first shift for the first two weeks)

• Weekly pay starting at $20.00-$21.50, with paid Week 1 training at $20.00/hr

• Benefits start the month following 30 days of employment, including medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, and 401(k) options

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.50 per hour
