Job summary

Station Casinos LLC in Las Vegas is seeking team members for a hands-on kitchen role focused on cleanliness and guest experiences. You will be responsible for keeping china, glassware, and flatware spotless and operating dish machines according to brand standards.

The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and obedience to Health and OSHA regulations. You’ll join a hospitality team that values a friendly, professional attitude and reliability in a fast-paced, luxury dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on kitchen duties to ensure china, glass and silverware, flatware, dish machines, etc. are cleaned and maintained according to Station Casinos standards and specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards in accordance with department polices and the Department of Health.
• Ensure a safe and hazard free work environment according to Department of Health and OSHA regulations.
• Learn basics of detergents, chemicals, sanitation techniques and ware-washing procedures.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, push 150 to 250 lbs on a pushcart, and enter walk-ins of -10 to 140 degrees with or without assistance.
