Job summary

Station Casinos LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated line cook to deliver high-quality gourmet dishes and ensure guest satisfaction in a luxury dining environment. You will plan, prepare, and cook food items, maintain rigorous cooking standards, and work closely with a collaborative team to uphold cleanliness, efficiency, and a personal touch that delights guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years gourmet culinary experience.
• Ability to perform basic cooking functions including carving, slicing, mixing and heating.
• Maintain unit appearance and operating standards.
• Strong teamwork and a positive guest-focused attitude.
