Job summary

Station Casinos in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a dedicated kitchen steward to support the Durango team. You will help keep china, glass, and silverware clean, maintain sanitation standards, and contribute to a safe, compliant kitchen environment.

This hands-on role requires lifting and handling heavy items, learning basic ware-washing procedures, and adhering to health and OSHA regulations to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• The ability to learn the basics of detergents, chemicals, sanitation techniques and ware-washing procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push 150 to 250 lbs. on a pushcart, and enter walk-ins of -10 degrees to 140 degrees with or without assistance.
• Ability to obtain all necessary work cards

Responsibilities
