Station Casinos is seeking a Stove Person in the Sanitation department at Durango. This role contributes to creating an approachable, luxury destination with best-in-class hospitality and memorable guest moments, by delivering service with a personal touch and maintaining sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include assembling and cleaning equipment, ensuring safety markers are displayed, and upholding Department of Health sanitation requirements to support a welcoming workplace and guest

While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:

• Assembling and disassembling equipment and cleaning it.


• Ensuring that all caution/safety markers are displayed properly.


• Maintaining cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards in accordance with department polices and the Department of Health.

In a perfect world, we would also like you to come with:

• Working knowledge of detergents, chemicals, sanitation techniques and ware-washing procedures.


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push 150 to 250 lbs on a pushcart, and enter walk-ins of -10 degrees to 140 degrees with or without assistance.


• Ability to obtain all necessary work cards
