Job summary

Wmchealth is seeking a kitchen Utility Worker to support daily food service operations. You will perform pot washing, cleaning, sanitizing, and related tasks to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Daily duties include operating pot machines, recording temperatures, stocking supplies, and communicating with supervisors on any issues. Applicants with prior dishwasher or janitorial experience preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel/restaurant dishwasher or janitorial/cleaning roles preferred.
• Familiarity with sanitation protocols and cleaning schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assembles pot machine and related supplies.
• Records temperatures for cleaning and sanitizing; reports deficiencies.
• Prepares two well sink and washes pots; air dries and stores pots and pans.
• Sanitizes pot storage cart and pot washing system equipment.
• Cleans and sanitizes all kitchen equipment per department policies.
• Sweeps and mops floors and walk-in refrigerators.
• Transports food carts and responds to customer concerns promptly.
• Communicates kitchen issues to supervisor and follows safety procedures.
