Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a General Utility to maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and dining areas in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The role includes sanitation of equipment, service items, and related areas, along with basic housekeeping duties to support health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong sanitation habits, basic English reading/writing skills, and good customer service in a team-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Strong sanitation habits.
• Strong customer service abilities; actively looks for ways to assist customers and coworkers.
• Ability to recognize when a problem has occurred and communicate it to management.
• Reading and writing work-related documents in English.
• Speech clarity to be understood by customers and co-workers in English.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and cooking supplies using proper sanitation procedures.
• Pull trash from receptacles; replace trash bags as needed.
• Clear trash from tables and floors/grounds.
• Clean floor areas from spills per safety guidelines; mop as needed.
• Fill condiments, utensils, and supplies; stock as needed.
• Stock storeroom and unload inventory from trucks.
• Maintain kitchen, serving, and dining areas in clean, sanitary condition.
