Qualifications

• Experience with dishwashing and kitchen sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and pre-rinses dirty dishes and loads the dishwasher.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays by hand or machine.
• Completes all assigned prep work as needed.
• Removes trash to dumpster area.
• Cleans work tables, equipment and floors.
• Transports cases up to 50 pounds several times daily.
• Works mostly indoors with some outdoor tasks; hot/damp environments.
