Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a kitchen team member to execute all cooking processes in a fast-paced restaurant, ensuring food safety, quality, and timely service. You will cook, assemble, and wrap menu items, stock preparation areas, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities include communicating clearly with coworkers, following health standards, operating grill, fryer, and related equipment, and supporting the team to deliver consistent value and guest satisfaction during shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and proper personal hygiene.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume restaurant.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move items as needed.
• Able to read order monitors and follow food safety procedures.
• Commitment to positive attitude, promptness and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food following health and safety standards and procedures.
• Communicate clearly with co-workers to ensure correct orders are served.
• Be pleasant and attentive to customer needs.
• Operate and maintain grill, fryer, freezer and related equipment safely.
• Work as a team to ensure quality, service, cleanliness and value.
• Clean work area, stock items and rotate products properly.
• Break down and clean grill area daily as directed by management.
• Inform supervisor of any problems or unusual matters of significance.
