Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe a plus).
• Team-oriented with ability to follow directions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, workstations, and storage areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and storing deliveries
• Support the kitchen team in executing daily prep and service tasks
• Communicate effectively with Front of House staff to ensure smooth service
• Assist with training and mentoring new team members as needed
