Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to provide Omotenashi in every guest interaction. You will follow recipes, prep, cook, and handle dough as part of a fast-paced kitchen team.

You will maintain portion control, monitor food levels, ensure safety and sanitation standards, and prepare meals throughout the day in a dynamic setting.

The role requires at least 3 shifts weekly, strong teamwork, clear communication, good hygiene, punctuality, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 3 shifts a week minimum.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast environment.
• Ability to develop positive working relationships with all restaurant employees.
• Must maintain hygiene, appearance, and uniform.
• Punctual with strict attendance policy.
• Able to follow recipes and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes accurately and maintain food preparation processes.
• Prepare hot and cold food assignments accurately, neatly, and timely.
• Prepare food throughout the day as needed, anticipating business volume.
• Maintain proper portion control and monitor food levels on the line.
• Maintain food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Provide outstanding Omotenashi and guest interaction.
