Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring a Kitchen Team Member in Colorado. You will deliver friendly, top-notch customer service while keeping the deli area clean and stocked. No prior experience is required — on-the-job training will be provided.

You will prepare fresh deli items, assist in maintaining the cafe, and may help across departments. The role requires the ability to lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures, with opportunities for tuition assistance and growth.

As a Kitchen Team Member, your role goes beyond daily tasks. You will interact with people from all walks of life, brightening their day with top-notch customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!

Job Functions:

• General customer service duties including, but not limited to, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs. Additionally, assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides to include salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
• Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure we follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Additional duties could include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
