Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores in Oklahoma is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to deliver friendly service, keep the deli stocked, and support the cashier team during shifts. No experience? No problem—we will teach you.

You’ll prepare deli items such as salads and sandwiches, help with coffee and fountain bars, and ensure food safety and cleanliness throughout your shift. This role offers opportunities for growth, competitive pay, benefits after 30 days, and a culture built on family

As a Kitchen Team Member, your role goes beyond daily tasks. You will interact with people from all walks of life, brightening their day with top-notch customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!

Job Functions:

• General customer service duties including, but not limited to, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs. Additionally, assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides to include salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
• Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure we follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Additional duties could include cross‑training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
