Job summary

Love's Travel Stops in Utah is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our friendly deli crew. You will greet customers, answer questions about menu offerings, and help keep the deli, coffee, and fountain bars clean and well stocked. No experience?

No problem—we train you. You will prepare deli items such as salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold and hot sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups, following preparation guides and strict food-safety standards.

Qualifications

• General customer service duties including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs.
• Accurately prepare deli products such as salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps.
• Follow company policies to maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier or Leadership Roles.
• Able to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs.
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides.
• Maintain food safety standards and sanitation throughout the shift.
• Assist store cashier team members with deli maintenance and restocking.

Job Functions:

• General customer service duties including, but not limited to, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs. Additionally, assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides to include salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
• Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure we follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Additional duties could include cross‑training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
