DIG restaurants in Philadelphia is seeking motivated kitchen teammates to grow with a scratch-based operation. You will prep, cook, and plate vegetables, proteins, grains, and more, following recipes and taste as your guide in a fast-paced environment.

We value enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and reliability. You’ll gain exposure to multiple stations, learn food safety standards, and join a team that supports growth, inclusion, and a shared mission to deliver great, scratch-made meals.

Competenze

• Willingness to learn culinary skills and methods.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Mansioni

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, grains using recipes and taste as guide.
• Gain exposure to garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge, and delivery/packout.
• Speak to guests about menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients to create scratch-made meals.
• Support the team during peak and off-peak service by pitching in wherever needed.
