Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable working with kitchen equipment.
• Reliable, energetic, and team-oriented.
• Available to work Fridays and Saturdays.
• Able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Learn multiple kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembly, boards, and food prep).
• Collaborate with team to keep orders moving quickly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen.
• Follow food safety and restaurant procedures.
• Learn new products, processes, and equipment.
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities.
• Identify and report equipment or maintenance concerns.
• Participate in training to improve skills.
• Support teammates and take on additional responsibilities.
