Chick-fil-A is hiring a Back of House Team Member to prepare, cook, and assemble meals while upholding CHick-fil-A standards. You will stock inventory, maintain a clean kitchen, and support opening/closing tasks in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and keep the kitchen neat and organized.
• Maintain knowledge of kitchen stations and assist with new product rollouts.
• Support opening/closing tasks and follow dress code and safety rules.
• Report maintenance issues to leadership and participate in training.
