Chick-fil-A is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support restaurant operations with speed, safety and quality. The role operates under independent Owner/Operator supervision and offers a path to leadership development and personal growth within a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include food preparation, station knowledge, inventory, cleanliness, and adherence to safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Reliable and cheerful with a positive attitude.

• Ability to lift and carry XX-XX lbs regularly.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know the assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay updated with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain knowledge through in-house training and updates.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A dress code and rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
