Responsibilities

• Cook food as prescribed by recipe and cooking specs while following food safety guidelines to ensure guests receive a nourishing dish.
• Operate cooking equipment such as beef cooker, griddle, fryer, rice cooker and steamtable following safety procedures.
• Prepare food for cooking and consumption (wash rice, move items, defrost as needed).
• Maintain temperature of food per regulations and company standards.
• Maintain quality, presentation, and taste to deliver a fresh dish each time.
• Portion and serve food according to procedures and specs.
• Maintain a clean, safe working area and proper sanitation throughout shifts.
• Assist with delivery, stocking, and FIFO inventory control.
