Responsibilities

• Cook food as prescribed by recipe and cooking specs while following food safety guidelines.
• Operate cooking equipment (beef cooker, griddle, fryer, rice cooker, steamtable) safely.
• Prepare food for cooking and consumption; manage storage and thawing as needed.
• Maintain temperature and quality of food per regulations and specs.
• Portion and serve food to meet high quality standards.
• Maintain sanitary kitchen by cleaning as you go; manage utensils and surfaces.
• Assist with delivery and storage; follow FIFO for inventory.
• Restock items during shift; ensure fast, sanitary guest service.
• Take accurate guest orders and observe cash handling policy.
• Work as a team to provide fast, easy, and convenient experience.
• Contribute to Yoshinoya America’s Favorite Japanese Bowl Kitchen.
